Stay Capy is proudly an Australian owned, family business based in Brisbane, Australia. Our family pick and pack all orders, dispatched within one business day directly from our Brisbane based stock.

As a small business, we also hit the road and attend select markets across Brisbane. Check out our social pages for more information or to see where we’ll be next.

Shipping
FREE standard shipping Australia wide (3-5 day delivery) on all orders over $30. We use a variety of shipping providers for standard delivery, all with tracked parcel options.

Express shipping (1-2 days) available $15 per order. We use Australia Post Express parcel, FEDEX or DHL next day delivery within Australia. We also prioritise dispatch on all Express delivery orders to ensure your parcel arrives with you as soon as possible.

For our New Zealand customers, standard shipping is available at $15 per order.

Returns
Returns for change of mind are available within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in original packaging and free from damage. For change of mind returns, shipping cost must be paid by the buyer and delivery will be back to Brisbane, Australia. Contact us to initiate a return or see our returns page for more information.
