Where is Stay Capy located?
We are located in Brisbane Australia. All of our Capybara stock is held locally in Brisbane and hand picked by our family before sent out to you. We are not a drop shipping service so rest assured your order will be handled with the greatest care. 

I need my Capybara product ASAP, can you help?
For all Australian orders we offer Express shipping for $15 per order. We also prioritise dispatch on these orders and use premium carriers like Australia Post Express Couriers or FEDEX meaning you normally would get your order the next business day.

Will my Capybara plush toy arrive vacuumed packed?
No, we don’t vacuum pack any of orders! We take pride in ensuring your Capybara plush arrives with you looking perfect and ready for cuddles. Vacuum packing soft toys is great for shipping but they take time to fluff up and are difficult to quality check prior to dispatch.

What are your plush toys filled with?
All of our plush toys are filled with premium quality poly-fill. Most styles also come with invisible zips for any “top ups” required over the product lifespan or if deep washing/cleaning is required.  

How accurate are your product photos?
We take all of our own photos (and sorry we aren’t professional photographers!) with the aim to give you a true reflection of the product we’re selling. As with all soft toys, there may be slight variations to colours or sizes during the production process between ranges. 

How soft are your Capybara plush toys?
Our Capybara plush toys have some of the softest fur around! Our customers often tell us how snuggly and soft our Capybara’s are. All of our Capybara plush toys have premium fur/fleece for the softest cuddles.

What if I don’t like my Capybara product?
We offer returns within 30 days. See our Returns/Refunds page for more information.
